摘要 本文介绍D/max-rA型旋转阳极X-射线衍射仪及其变温附件对不同含氯量的氯化聚乙烯结晶度的测量方法,并讨论含氯量对氯化聚乙烯结晶度的影响等。 The papet is introduced determination of crystallinity of chlorinated polyethylene by means of change temperature X-ray diffiaction attachmant. The influence on crystallinity of polyethylene by chlorinated was discussed. Experiment showed that crystallinity of chlorinated polyethylene is decreased as chlorine content is increased.At the same time,we discovered that the position of diffraction peak have not change, only the intensity of the peak was decreased when the content of chlorine was lower than 36%, but those diffraction peaks was disappeared when its content was higher than 64%.we think the chlorinated have not influence on size of crystalline cell when content of chlorine was better lower, and the hydrogen in noncrystalline polyethylen was replaced by chlorine. As chlorine content increased, the hydrogen in the crystalline part have been replaced.At last, it appears disorder all of the chlorinated polyethylene.
