摘要
目的:探讨锁骨下动脉经皮完全植入式导管药盒系统(PCS)优缺点及临床应用价值。材料和方法:20列恶性肿瘤患者,经皮锁骨下动脉 PCS 植入术,术后经 PCS 化疗和栓塞。结果:PCS 植入全部成功,并发症发生率14.3%。结论:PCS 介入法是一种安全有效的治疗肿瘤的方法。
Purpose:To invastigate the clinical value of percutaneous intravascular post-catheter-systerm(PCS).Materials and Methods:This technique was used to treat thoracic, abdominal and pelrvic malignant tumors in 20 patients.Intra-arterial injection of antianancerous agent and lipiodol were regularly carried out via PCS.Results:All PCS implatation were successful with 14.3% related complication is safe and relable.
