紧凑型荧光灯阴极分解电流控制系统的设计

摘要 本文介绍了一种基于MODBUS协议的紧凑型荧光灯阴极分解电流控制系统。本系统通过MODBUS协议实现了上位机MT8000触摸屏与下位机由单片机控制的智能恒流源模块之间的通讯。上位机通过RS485总线将用户设定的电流值发送到下位机,下位机根据上位机和检测板发送的电流值将等值的电流通过汇流排传送至灯丝用于阴极分解。 A current control system design for cathode decomposition of compact fluorescent lamp based on MODBUS protocol is introduced in this paper. This system has realized the communication between the host part MT8000 touch screen and the slave part constant current source intelligent control module which is controlled by SCM. The host part sends current value which is set by the operator to the slave part through the RS485 bus. The slave part sends current, which is according to the current value coming from the host part and the testing board, to filament for cathode decomposition through the busbar.
