摘要
通过对山楂罐头腐败微生物的富集、分离培养,菌落形态及生理生化鉴定,初步断定本实验样品的污染菌为乳酸菌中的乳杆菌属、葡萄球菌属和魏斯氏菌属。并且通过本实验的探索,建立了一条检验山楂罐头中微生物的技术路线。
Through accumulation culture and isolated culture of the spoilage microbes of deteriorated canned hawthorn,identification of colonial morphology and biochemical properities,it could be preliminarily inferred that the contamination in test specimen were Lactobacillus,Staphylococcus and Weissella,which were attributed to Lactic acid bacteria(LAB). Through the research,a new technical approach for testing microorganisms in canned hawthorn was also established.
