超临界CO_2萃取柴达木枸杞籽油工艺与籽油成分研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用L9(34)正交实验与单因素实验相结合的方法,考察了萃取温度、压力、CO2流量、时间等对超临界CO2萃取枸杞籽油出油率的影响,优化了枸杞籽油的萃取工艺,得出最佳工艺条件:温度45℃,流量30L/h,压力30MPa,提取时间60min,在最佳工艺条件下枸杞籽油出油率为18.86%。采用HPLC-APCI-MS柱前衍生法分析了枸杞籽油的组成,测得枸杞籽油中不饱和脂肪酸占89.01%,其中亚油酸与油酸含量最高,分别占63.05%和21.13%。 Orthogonal tests L9(3^4)were used to investigate the effects of extraction temperature,pressure,CO2 flux,extraction time on the yield of Lyceum Barbarum seed oil when the oil was extracted by supercritical fluid of carbon dioxide. The optimum parameters obtained from the results of orthogonal tests were as follows:extraction temperature 45℃,CO2 flux 30L/h,pressure 30MPa,extraction time 60min. The yield of Lyceum Barbarum seed oil with supercritical CO2 extraction was 18.86% under optimum condition. The content of the oil from Lyceum Barbarum seed was determined by HPLC-APCI-MS,with the unsaturated fatty acids being 89.01%,among which the linoleic acid and oleic acid were 63.05% and 21.13%,respectively.
