摘要
就菊粉的粘度、菊粉对亚硝酸根离子、胆固醇吸附能力与阳离子交换能力进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:菊粉水溶液的粘度随浓度增大而增大,当浓度达到35%左右粘度为一定值(6.55mPa.s),并形成凝胶;菊粉对亚硝酸根离子具有良好的吸附作用,且随着反应时间延长而增大:110min时,在pH=2(模拟人体胃液消化吸收环境),最大吸附值为50.00μmol/g,在pH=7(模拟人体小肠消化吸收环境),最大吸附值为22.51μmol/g;从VNaOH-pH曲线可见:在一定范围内菊粉具有良好的与阳离子交换能力,菊粉通过与阳离子交换对pH变化起到明显缓冲作用。菊粉对胆固醇具有良好的吸附作用,在pH=7时,吸附量11.28mg/g,达16.76%;在pH=2,吸附量7.16mg/g,达10.64%。
The viscosity,nitrite ion adsorption capacity,cation exchange capacity and cholesterol adsorption capacity of inulin were studied. The results indicated that inulin viscosity increased with the concentration when the concentration reached 35% for a certain value of viscosity of 6.55mPa·s as a gel. The nitrite ion adsorption capacity of inulin tended to be better when the reaction time was prolonged,the maximum value of adsorption was 50.00μmol/g when pH was 2 and reaction time was 110min,the maximum value of adsorption was 22.51μmol/g when pH was 7 and reaction time was 110min. The VNaOH-pH curve showed that inulin had tampon action to pH obviously because the cation exchange capacity of inulin was good. The cholesterol adsorption of inulin was also good,the adsorption value was 11.28mg/g,16.76% when pH was 7 while the value was 7.16mg/g,10.64% when pH was 2.
