虎杖中白藜芦醇测定方法的比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 虎杖中有效成分白藜芦醇经提取、分离纯化后,用HPLC法、一阶导数光谱法、紫外分光光度法测其含量。结果表明:HPLC法分离度好,测定结果稳定、准确,相对标准偏差小;样品未经分离纯化时,干扰组分较多,一阶导数光谱法、紫外分光光度法测定结果与HPLC法相关性不显著,相对标准偏差较大;分离纯化可消除背景干扰,提高检测结果的准确性。一阶导数光谱法操作简单,测定结果较紫外分光光度法准确;可替代HPLC法用于白藜芦醇的测定。 Three analysis methods were used in this study to analyze the content of resveratrol and the effective components in polygotnum cuspidatum,namely,HPLC method,first-derivative spectra method and UV-Spectrophotometric method. It is suggested that the HPLC method had good separation effect and accurate measurement. The results showed that some interfering components seemed present if the samples had not separated and purified. Because of the severe background interference,the test conducted by the UV-Spectrophotometric method showed a result higher than the actual value. The first-derivative spectra method could eliminate the background interference and also had an advantage of simplicity as well as accuracy.
