青蒿琥酯和吡喹酮防治血吸虫病相互作用的研究

STUDY ON THE INTERACTION OF ARTESUNATE AND PRAZIQUANTEL IN THE TREATMENT OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS

本文就血吸虫病预防药青蒿琥酯与血吸虫病治疗药吡喹酮的相互作用进行了初步探讨，实验结果表明：小鼠口服青蒿琥酯300mg／kg对第7天、第8天的童虫有杀灭作用，减虫率为71．6％，减雌率为72％；口服吡喹酮300mg／kg对第7天童虫无效，对第30天成虫有明显杀灭作用，减虫率为72％，减雌率为78．3％；青蒿琥酯与吡喹酮同时服，或者先服吡喹酮后服青蒿琥酯均明显影响青蒿琥酯的杀童虫作用；先服青蒿琥酯而后服吡喹酮时，吡喹酮不影响青蒿琥酯的杀童虫作用。无论青蒿琥酯在服吡喹酮前服用，或后服用，或同时服用均明显影响吡喹酮的治疗效果。

The experimental results showed that 7-8 day old schlstosomula could be killed when the mice were administered orally with artesunate 300mg/kg. The worm reduction rate was 71. 6%. The female worm reduction rate was 72. o%. If the mice were administered orally with praziquantel 300mg/kg,the 7 day old schistosomula were not effected, but the 30 day old mature worm were killed obviously. The worm reduction rate was 72% and the female worm reduction rate was 78. 3%. The effect of artesunate was affected obviously when the mice were administered orally with artesunate and praziquantel at the same time,or administered artesunate after praziquantel. If artesunate was administered first, its effect of killing schistosomula was not affected by praziquantel,. However,the efficacy of praziquantel in the treatment of schistosomiasis was affected obviously by artesunate,no metter whether the two drugs were administered at the same time,or one before(or after) the other.
