江滩地区采用分层卫生宣教改变居民接触疫水行为的研究

INVESTIGATION ON HEALTH EDUCATION TO CHANGE THE BEHAVIOUR OF RESIDENTS IN MARSHLAND OF THE YANGTZE RIVER

本研究通过对江苏省江浦县双龙四村连续3年的分层卫生宣教。结果：居民血防知识（K）的平均分值增长66．17％，血防态度（A）平均分值增长1．82％，血防正确行为（P）平均分值增长17．44％；人群接触疫水率下降24．07％，年接触疫水5次以上的人群百分率下降60．50％，接触疫水人员防护率由0％上升至34．14％；上滩游泳嬉水、捕鱼、打草、挖野菜的居民明显减少，而上滩收种作物和防汛的居民呈增加趋势。提示该类地区必须加强生产性保护措施。

A health education program has been carried out in Shuanglong 4th village, Jiangpu County,Jiangsu Province for three years. The result of investigation by questionhaire showed that the average points of residents with 'qualification knowledge' (K) on schistosomiasis control increased by 66. 17 %; the average points of residents with'correct attitude' (A) increased by 1. 82 %;and the average points of residents with'correct practice'(P) increased by 17. 44%. The rate of infected water contact of residents declined by 24.07% and the rate of residents who have water contact more than 5 times per year decreased by 60. 55%. The prevention rate of residents increased from 0 to 34. 14%. The number of residents who went to the marshland for swimming,fishing and collecting weeds decreased,but the number of those for farming and repairing river bank increased. Therefore,more attention should be paid to the prevention in productive activities.
