氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗进展型脑梗死及对血浆P-选择素的影响 被引量：9

摘要 进展型脑梗死（stroke in progression，SIP）发病率高，为12％～42％，预后差。造成病情进展的原因主要为血栓的扩展或再形成，而血小板聚集为血栓形成的重要危险因素，严重影响缺血性脑血管病的进程。
