福建省10年来残存钉螺分析

ANALYSIS ON DISTRIBUTION OF THE RESIDUAL ONCOMELANIA SNAILS IN FUJIAN FOR RECENT 10 YEARS

本文观察了福建省1987年消灭血吸虫病10年来残存钉螺的消长动态。1987－1992年，随着血吸虫病宣布消灭，思想放松，经费削减，机构人员精简撤并，查灭钉螺力度不足，致使残存钉螺呈迅速增长态势，至1992年时，有螺面积已超过1987年的162.4倍。为此，引起了政府和分管部门的重视，加强了查灭残存钉螺的工作，初步抑制了残存钉螺增长的势头。但自1995年来，由于没有持之以恒，残存钉螺又呈增长态势，值得重视。

The fluctuation of Oncomelania snails distrlbation in Fujian in last 10 years after schistosomiasis beening eliminated since 1987 were reported. During 1987 to 1992,the residual Oncomelania snails appeared to grow quickly,as a resulte of insufficient investigation,mind relaxation in elimination of snails,reduction of the expenditure and the staff and the organization simplification after the elimination of schistosomiasis. By 1992,the area infested with the snails exceeded 162. 4 times of that in 1987,which had been paid attention by government and the responsible departments. After strengthening the investigation and control measures the growing tendency of residual snails has been controlled tentatively. However,being not eliminated perseverely,the snails have grown again since 1995,which should be taken seriously.
