超声对人工股骨头置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对人工股骨头置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的诊断价值。方法人工股骨头置换手术前后超声检查97例患者的194条下肢深静脉。结果术后58条下肢深静脉出现血栓,术前伴有静脉反流的DVT发生率72.4%大于不伴有静脉反流的DVT发生率27.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后血栓形成发生率与术前下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全程度呈正相关(r=0.668,P<0.05)。结论超声检查可作为人工股骨头置换术后下肢DVT监测的首选方法。 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in deep veins thrombus of lower limb after artificial thigh bone replacement. Methods Ninety - seven patients with 194 deep veins of lower limb were examined with ultrasound before and after operation. Results (1)There were 58 limbs with deep veins thrombus after operation, and the incidence of DVT with vein reflow (72.4%)was obviously higher than that without vein reflow(27.6% ) before operation, there was significant difference between the two groups (p 〈 0.01 ). (2)There was positive correlation between the incidence of thrombogenesis after operation and deep veins valve functional defect of lower limbs before operation ( r = 0. 668 ,p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Uhrasonography can be used as the first method to monitor deep veins thrombus of lower limbs after artificial thigh bone replacement.
