超声诊断膀胱癌术后尿道转移1例
摘要
患者男，70岁，3个月前因“膀胱癌”行“盆腔探查术＋膀胱癌根治术＋回肠代膀胱术＋阑尾切除术”。术程顺利，手术病理结果示：①膀胱左侧壁输尿管开口：憩室合并小细胞癌和中等分化腺癌，小细胞癌侵犯膀胱壁全层；②膀胱右侧壁输尿管开口：内翻性乳头状瘤。1个月余前，患者无明显诱因出现尿道口渗血，量较少。半月前，患者尿道出血症状较前加重。
