摘要
本文报道了在室内两种水状态下尾蚴期望寿命的实验观察。结果在25℃恒温条件下，日本血吸虫尾蚴在静水中的平均期望寿命为27．52h，最长存活时间为46h；在动水中的平均期望寿命为25．04h，最长可存活50h。
The expeacted lifespan of cercaria of Schistosoma japonicum at different status of water was observed in the laboratory at the temperature 25℃ . Results showed that the average ex pacted lifespan of cercaria was 27. 52 hours in the stable water with a maximum survive peri od of 46 hours,and it was 25.04 hours in the rolling water with a maximum survive period of 50 hours.
