哲罗鱼腺体的形态及分布

Morphology and distribution of glandular organ in Hucho taimen

通过显微镜观察了哲罗鱼腺体及腺体细胞的形态特征及分布,并对腺体细胞的细胞学特征进行了探讨.结果表明:大型腺体有肝、胰脏;腺体细胞主要分布于皮肤、鳃(由3种黏液细胞组成)、口咽部(由2种黏液细胞组成,不同部位所含数量不同)、食道(有大型的黏液细胞)、胃(有2种黏液细胞,胃上部贲门部为黏液细胞,胃底为胃腺细胞,幽门处无腺细胞)、盲囊(有大量的黏液细胞,可分泌灰白色的胶冻状物质,上皮游离面具有微绒毛,黏膜层突入腔内形成窄长的绒毛)、肠(肠道中的黏液细胞从前向后逐渐增加,黏膜层中有单管状的肠腺细胞).

By using microscopy,morphology and distribution of glandular organ in Hucho taimen Pallas were described,and the cytological characteristics of the glandular cells were discussed.The results indicated that large-sized glandular organ contained liver,pancreas.The main distribution areas of glandular cells were skin,gill（contained three kinds of mucous cells）,pharynx oralis（contained two kinds of mucous cells which had various quantity in different parts）,esophagus（contained large-sized mucous cells）,stomach（contained two kinds of mucous cells,which were mucous cells in cardiac part,gastric gland cells in fundus of stomach and no glandular cell in pylorus）,caecus（contained plenty of mucous cells which could excrete grey jellylibe substance,there were microvillus on the epithelium free surface,the mucous layer protruded into the cavity and formed long and narrow villus）,intestine（the number of mucous cells increased gradually from front to back in intestine,and there were single tubular intestinal gland cells in the mucous layer）.
