摘要 椎基底动脉延长扩张症（vertobrobasilar dolichoectasia，VBD）是一种少见的血管病，随着影像技术的发展，本病检出率越来越高。发病原因为动脉硬化和变性改变，导致动脉中膜梭形扩张。
