Pilon骨折的分型和治疗 被引量：8

摘要 Pilon骨折为胫骨远端波及关节面的骨折，胫骨轴向暴力或下肢的扭转暴力是造成这种骨折的主要原因。其中75％～85％可伴有腓骨骨折，一直是临床矫形外科治疗中最具挑战性的下肢远端骨折。本文对Pilon骨折的分型和治疗进展作一综述，以供参考。
