胰腺Castleman病1例 被引量：3

Pancreatic Castleman’s disease: report of one case

摘要 病例女,32岁,因＂发现颈部淋巴结肿大7年余＂入院。7年前发现右侧颈部多个肿大淋巴结,7年来肿块体积无明显增大,无发热,无体重下降。查体双侧颈部、右侧腹股沟均可触及大小约1cm×1cm～1．5cm×1．5cm淋巴结．移动度尚可，质稍硬．无触痛．光滑．部分融合成凼、、彩色多普勒：双侧颈部淋巴结肿大．最大约43mm×12mm×38mm，以右侧多见。行“右颈邮淋巴结切除活检术”，取出3个肿大淋巴结送病理检查．结果：
