摘要
目的:应用实时三平面应变率成像技术检测原发性高血压患者左心房功能的变化。方法:选择左心房内径正常且左心室舒张功能无明显减退的原发性高血压患者30例和正常对照组30例。应用实时三平面应变率成像技术,获得左心房侧壁、下壁、前壁及后壁的应变率曲线,测量收缩期峰值应变率(SSR)、舒张早期峰值应变率(DSR)和心房收缩期峰值应变率(ASR)。结果:与正常对照组比较,高血压组SSR和DSR均减小(P<0.01),而ASR增大(P<0.01)。结论:原发性高血压早期即出现左心房功能变化,实时三平面应变率成像技术能够准确评价原发性高血压患者的左心房功能。
Objective: To evaluate the alteration of left atrium(LA) function in patients with essential hypertension(EH) using real-time triplane strain rate imaging. Methods: Totally 30 patients with EH and 30 healthy volunteers as control were enrolled. The patients had normal LA internal diameter and normal left ventricular diastolic function. Systolic peak strain rate (SSR), early diastolic peak strain rate (DSR) and late diastolic peak strain rate (ASR) were measured at LA walls. Results: Compared with normal group, SSR and DSR were decreased in patients with EH(P〈0.01), ASR was increased(P〈0.01). Conclusion: LA function has changed in early stage in patients with EH. Real-time triplane strain rate imaging can assess LA function correctly in patients with EH.
