摘要 介绍一种基于DC-DC变换器的新型串联电容器组电压均衡电路。该电压均衡电路从超级电容器组汲取能量,并且将这部分能量传递至电压最低的超级电容器单元,最终实现所有超级电容器组单元的电压均衡。与现有的电压均衡策略相比,提出的电压均衡电路能够实现超级电容器组单元的自动均压,不需要庞大的电压检测电路和复杂的控制电路,而且功率变换器实现了零电压零电流开关,可实现高效率和小体积。还给出新型电压均衡电路的参数设计方法,分析其工作特性。实验结果证明了该均衡电路的优良的动态和稳态均压性能。 This paper presented a novel circuit for equalizing a seriesly connected ultra-capacitor stack based on DC-DC converter. The proposed voltage equalization circuit derives energy from the seriesly connected ultra-capacitor stack and transfers the energy to the weakest ultra-capacitor cell. The equalizer balances the capacitors of the whole stack by compensating the weakest ultra-capacitor cells sequentially. Unlike previous methods, which include complex circuit detecting and comparing voltages of the capacitor cells, the novel equalizer can realize autonomic voltage equalization without voltage detection and comparison. Also, thanks to the zero voltage and zero current switching of the power devices the equalizer is high efficiency and in small size. The design principle of the parameters and characteristics of the proposed equalizer were analyzed. Perfect steady and dynamic performances of this voltage equalized scheme were verified by experimental results.
