具有电子注入/传输特性的功能化Ir^Ⅲ配合物磷光材料的合成及电致发光性能的研究
摘要
为了提高配合物磷光材料的电致发光性能,本文设计合成了功能化的具有电子注入/传输特性的Ir^Ⅲ配合物磷光电致发光材料。电致发光实验的结果表明:这类功能化的配合物磷光材料表现出优异的电致发光性能,最大外量子效率叩。高达10.7%,最大电流效率玑高达;37.6cdA~,最大功率效率ηp高达26.1lm W^-1,最大亮度Lmax为48567cd m^-2。这一研究结果表明,配合物磷光材料的功能化是设计合成高效电致发光材料的有效途径。
