摘要
课堂教学为教师专业发展搭建平台,教师在课堂获得教学实践知识是教师专业发展的关键,支撑教师专业发展知识和技能。教师应当立足于课堂教学,从课堂教学实际问题出发,进行个人行动研究。
Classroom teaching sets up a platform for teacher＇s professional development. Teachers acquire teaching experience in classroom instruction, develop their professional skills and enrich their professional knowledge. The teacher should establish their professional development in classroom teaching, study the problems of classroom teaching, and carry on personal action research.
