摘要
利用原位生成工艺在涂料用聚酯基体中引入纳米硅系化合物,以提高涂料基体的力学性能,同时使材料保持良好的透明性。进行了流变、透射电镜、红外、核磁测试和表征,结果表明:采用原位生成工艺制备涂料用硅系杂化聚酯,不仅能够有效提高树脂基体的硬度和耐刮伤性,而且可以提高树脂的热稳定性,同时还可以保持基体良好的透光性。
Using in-situ preparation, nanosilieon compounds were implanted in polyester matrix for coatings to enhance the mechanical properties of the coating while maintaining the good transparency of the material. It was tested and characterized by rheologieal technology, TEM, FTIR, NMR. The experimental results showed that, with the nanosilicon hibricl polyester prepared by in-situ process, the performance of the resin matrix such as hardness, scratch resistance and transparency etc. could effectively be improved.
