Based on defining the concepts of the informationization and transaction cost of equipment procurement,the paper elaborates the relation of informationization and transaction cost in equipment procurement,analyzes the problems of informationization construction and its effects on transaction cost in our army,and puts forward several ways to control equipment procurement transaction cost from the point of informationization construction.
