α-干扰素栓联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂疗效观察

目的探讨α-干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法随机抽出180例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分为3个治疗组,干扰素栓组(A组),微波组(B组),干扰素栓联合微波组(C组),各60例。所有患者于治疗后第2、4、8周随访,治疗后8周判定疗效,观察症状改善情况、阴道排液量、出血时间和糜烂面愈合时间等。结果A、B、C三组的有效率分别为73.3%、76.7%和96.7%。A、B组与C组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组和C组在阴道流液、出血时间和创口愈合时间上差异性较小,P>0.05,但与B组比较具有差异性,P<0.05,三组均无明显的不良反应。结论α-干扰素联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂具有高效、安全、创伤小等特点,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the Curative effect of the α-interferon combined with microwave treated with the cervical erosion.Methods Extract 180 cases with the cervical erosion randomly,divided the 180 cases into three treatment groups,the interferon group（group A）,the microwave group（group A）,the interferon combined with microwave group（group C）,each group was 60 cases.All of the patients were followed up after the 2,4,8 week,Observe the symptoms improve the situation,the amount of vaginal discharge,bleeding time and the healing time of surface erosion and so on.Results The total effective rate in the groupA,B,C was 73.3%,76.7%,96.7%.Compared group A and B with the group C,it had a signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）,There was small differences between the group A and the group C at vaginal ？ uid ？ ow,bleeding time and wound healing time,P〉0.05,while there was signif icant difference to the group B,P〈0.05,The three groups had no signif icant adverse reactions.Conclusion The α-interferon combined with microwave treated with the cervical erosion has the characteristics of eff icient,safe,less traumatic,it is considered for clinical.
