摘要
利用廉价的凹凸棒石为载体,通过化学法负载纳米ZnO颗粒,成功制备了ZnO/凹凸棒石新型复合抗菌剂。借助凹凸棒石的大比表面积和ZnO在载体纤维表面的均匀分布,可保证ZnO与微生物的充分接触,定点地抑制微生物的生长及繁殖,从而显著提高抗菌效果,其对大肠杆菌的抗菌率达到100%。将复合抗菌剂用于抗菌塑料(聚乙烯)的初步探索表明,所制备的抗菌塑料对大肠杆菌的抗菌率超过96%。复合抗菌剂制备工艺简便、原料易得、成本低,在纤维、塑料、陶瓷、涂料等领域具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper reported the chemical preparation of novel composite antimicrobials (ZnO/attapulgite) by coating nanosized ZnO particles onto attapulgite. Obvious improvement of antibacterial activity of the composite antimicrobials was mainly attributed to the uniform attachment of ZnO nanoparticlcs on the surface ofattapulgite fibres, which ensured sufficient contact between ZnO and microbes, its antibacterial rate against E coli reached 100%. An exploratory application of composite antimicrobials in antibacterial polyethylene (PE) indicated a antibacterial rate of 96% against E coli. The results showed an interesting prospect of composite anfimicrobials in fields &fibres, plastic, ceramics and paint with simple process and lower cost,
