Connection between safety culture and safety production in mine

人的劳动创造了文化，同时也产生了安全问题。在人类文明生产的当今，安全不仅与机制、管理、装备、技术有关，更主要与人的安全思想、观念、态度、行为、习惯等有关。而安全文化就是在现代安全管理的基础上，“以人为本”，侧重于对人的观念意识、态度方面建设的安全管理新思维。就现在煤矿企业发生的各类事故原因分析，大多数都是人的“三违”引起的，即人的安全文化素质低下所致。本文着重从安全文化研究入手，系统地说明了煤矿企业如何开展安全文化建设及搞好安全生产。
