本文阐述了福州市科技情报所服务“三农”的优势、探索构建“三农”信息平台、技术平台和培训平台的服务途径以及取得的成效，并提出科技情报机构服务“三农”的对策思考。

This paper introduces the service advantages of Fuzhou Institute of Science and Technology Information to three agriculture, exploration of information platform establishment of three agriculture, achievements obtained by service of technology and training platforms. Service of scientific and technological information institute to three agriculture is also investigated.
