摘要
“全回转钻机+多头抓爪”是一种新型的处理地下障碍物(主要是清除桩基)工艺,其适用于多种复杂环境下操作。与原有地下障碍物(主要是桩基)处理工艺相比,有着多方面的优势,其一是该工艺对周边的环境影响较小;其二是处理深度深其三是能够直接切割大规格钢筋和其他钢材;其四是在处理深度较深的桩基及其他障碍物时与传统处理方法有着巨大优势。上海世纪大道2-4地块项目地下连续墙围护及桩基工程中就多次使用了“全回转钻机+多头抓爪”的处理工艺,处理效果显著。“全回转钻机+多头抓爪”是地下障碍物处理的一种新型工艺、新方法,处理能力强,在今后的工程施工中必将得到更广泛的推广应用和发展。
"Full rotating drilling rigs and long gripper" is a new process dealing with underground obstacles (mainly pile removal), which is suitable for a variety of complex environments. It has many advantages in the removal of underground obstacles compared to original treatment processes.
