桂枝茯苓汤治疗阑尾周围脓肿

To treat Perippendicular abscess with Potion of Ramlulus cinnamomi and Poriais

桂枝茯苓汤丸出自汉代张仲景所著的《金匮要略》，其功效为活血化瘀，缓消症块，主治妇人小腹宿有症块，按之痛，腹挛急，脉涩，以及妇女血症经闭，或经行腹痛，或难产，或胞衣不下，或死胎不下，或产后恶露不尽下不止之证。而阑尾周围脓肿在临床上也表现右下腹有包块，腹挛急（腹肌紧张），腹痛拒按。根据中医理论。采用“异病同治”，用桂枝茯苓汤加味治疗阑尾周围脓肿12例，有效率达95％。

Pill of Ramulus cinnamomi and poria is from 《jinkuiyaolue》written by Zhang Zhongjing in Han Dynasty. It can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and reduce or remove slowly lump. It is often used to treat feamale under --abdominal lump with tenderness myotonia, pulse tardus and female amenorrhoea related to blood stasis,dysmenohea, parius difficilis,placenta and fetal death retained, much lochia with abdominal tenderness after labour, and woman who have permanent lump and blecding when preqnancy. clinical mainfestation of pariappendicular abscess is under abdomine lump with muscular riqidity of the abdomen and abdominal tenderss. according to traditinal chinese medicine theory. The author treats 12 cases of periappendicular abcess with potion of ramulus cinnamomi and poriais, the effective is 95%.
