用微波辐射技术测定学生学习疲劳的研究

摘要 目的探讨应用微波技术检测学生脑力负荷后微波辐射量的变化,客观评价学生学习疲劳状况。方法采用中国科学院长春物理研究所研制的微波辐射计,检测高中、初中和小学生额部正中(即印堂穴与发际之间连线的中点)部位,观察受试者第一节上课前和脑力负荷后微波辐射量的变化。采用校字试验计算大脑工作能力指数(AYP),观察微波辐射量变化与AYP变化是否一致。结果学生考试后、数节文化课后、学习脑力负荷后头部微波辐射量均值呈下降趋势(P〈0.01),平均下降幅度在1.8-10.3之间。学生脑力负荷后的疲劳状况与微波辐射量的下降存在着明显相关性。经过数节文化课学生脑力负荷后微波辐射量和AYP指数均呈一致的下降趋势。虽然两种方法均能反映学生脑力负荷的变化,但校字法变异系数明显大于微波法,表明微波法比校字法稳定。结论学生脑力负荷后微波辐射量呈现规律性下降;应用微波技术检测其变化作为客观评价学生脑力疲劳的方法,有一定的应用前景。 Objective To explore an objective evaluation method for students' study fatigue through testing the change of micro-wave radiation amount pre and post mental burthen by using microwave technique.Methods The change of microwave radiation amount was measured in the center points of forehead among sampled students pre and post 4 classes(mental burthen),as well as pre and post examinations,using microwave radiation test apparatus,then the change of consistency was observed between microwave radiation amount and mental working capacity index (AYP) among sampled students.Results The average value of microwave radiation amount in the foreheads of the students sampled from high,middle and primary schools showed the significant declining trend(average range 1.8-10.3) after strong mental burthen.The declining trend of average value of microwave radiation amount among students was significantly associated with their fatigue status.Both AYP index and the average value of microwave radiation amount showed the same declining trend following students' mental burthen.The two methods could reflect the change trend of students' mental burthen,however,CV of AYP index was much bigger than that of microwave radiation amount,which showed the stability for evaluating the mental fatigue.Conclusion The results of this study show that the declining trend of microwave radiation amount following students' mental burthen is stable,which might be taken as a method to evaluate students' mental fatigue objectively.
