高效液相色谱法测定骨力片中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Guli Tablet by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的建立高效液相谱对骨力片中淫羊藿苷含量测定的方法,为制剂的质量控制提供依据。方法以淫羊藿苷为含量测定指标,色谱柱Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm×5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75),流速:1.0 ml/min,检测波长:270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷的回归方程:y=1 259.462 5x-1.051 2,r=1.000 0,加标回收率为97.7%,RSD为0.74%。结论该方法具有样品处理简便、测定周期短、灵敏度高、重现性好、专属性强的特点,可以有效地控制骨力片的质量。

Objective To use high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method for determination of icariin in Guli tablet in order to provide the basis for quality control of preparations.Methods Icariin was taken as monitoring index, HPLC method was carried out on the Diamonsil C18（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-water（25∶75） as a mobile phase of current velocity 1.0 ml/min,the detective wave-length was 270 nm.Results Icariin regression equation was y=1 259.462 5x-1.051 2（r=1.000 0）,recovery rate was 97.7%,RSD was 0.74%.Conclusion HPLC detection methods has the characteristics of simple sample handling,rapid determination,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,it can effectively control quality of Guli tablet.
