内电极浆料对Bi_2O_3—ZnO—Nb_2O_5瓷料相组成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了瓷料与内电极浆料的共烧工艺中,内电极浆料对Bi2O3—ZnO—Nb2O5瓷料相组成的影响。XRD分析表明,Bi2O3—ZnO—Nb2O5瓷料是焦绿石立方α相与低对称β相构成的复相体系。在共烧工艺中,内电极浆料促进瓷料中立方α相的生成,从而改变瓷料的组成。共烧温度提高,内电极浆料对瓷料相组成的影响加剧,内电极浆料中Ag/Pd比例愈高,内电极浆料对瓷料相组成的影响愈大。 The influence of inner electrode inks on the phase formation of Bi 2O 3—ZnO—Nb 2O 5 ceramics was investigated by X ray diffraction (XRD) techique, which occurs in the co firing process of multilayer with inner electrode inks. XRD pattern show that the phase transformation of Bi 2O 3—ZnO—Nb 2O 5 ceramics is made of cubic pyrochlore α phase and low symmetry β phase, as a α+β co existing multiphase transformation. In the co firing process, the inner electrode inks are beneficial to the formation of cubic pyrochlore α phase ,and so changing the α+β co existing phase formation of Bi 2O 3—ZnO—Nb 2O 5 ceramics. The influence of inner electrode inks on the phase formation increase as the co firing temperature raise. In similar manner, the influence of inner electrode inks on the phase formation increase as the ratio of Ag/Pd increase.
