摘要
目的观察大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞后小脑皮质Nogo.AmRNA的变化。方法采用Longa的大鼠大脑中动脉内栓线阻断法(McAO)制备动物模型;用实时定量PCR法检测Nogo.AmRNA表达。结果研究结果显示持续性大脑中动脉闭塞后,Nogo.AmRNA在小脑皮层有动态表达,第5d、7d和14d较假手术组明显增高(P〈0.05),第ld和3d无统计学差异(p〉0.05)。结论远离梗死灶的相关部位脑组织继发损害机制可能与神经生长抑制因子有关。
Objective To observe the changes ofNogo-A mRNA in cerebellar cortex after rats middle cerebral artery occlusion.Methods Preparing animal model with Longa's Bolt line blocking method(MCAO) in middle cerebral artery of rats;with real-time quantitative PCR method examining the expression ofNogo-A mRNA.Results After persistent middle cerebral artery occlusion,Nogo-A mRNA has the dynamic expression in the cerebellar cortex. On the 5th day,7th day,10th day and the 14th day,it was significantly increased than the sham-operated group(P〈 0.05).The 1 st day and 3rd day has non-statistics difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion Infarction away from the site related to secondary damage to brain tissue may be related to the growth inhibitory factor.
