摘要
介绍了单梁激振筛的设计理念,采用提高抛射强度和合适筛板,解决了潮湿细粒级难筛物料在筛分作业中经常堵塞筛面的问题,分段设计使大型设备小型化,高频率、低振幅使单位面积处理量提高,多段单独激振减轻了参振质量,达到了结构简单、工艺性好、筛分效率高、环保节能、易于维护的目的。
Introduced is the design idea of a single-beam activated vibration screen;adopted were the high project strength and suitable screen plate;solved was the problem of aperture plugging in screening wet and small sized materials.Screen frame designed in stages giving rise a large equipment turning into a composite of small ones;adoption of high frequency and small amplitude increases throughput per unit screen area;multi-stage activated vibration decreases the vibrating mass;attained are that simple equipment structure,good technical performance,high screening efficiency,improved environment due to energy saving,and easy maintenance.
