碳酸钠稳定过氧化物的环己烷氧化新技术研究

摘要 在1L高压反应釜内,以环己烷为原料,空气为氧源,碳酸钠为稳定剂,在158~164℃下进行环己烷空气氧化实验,考察了反应温度、稳定剂用量对环己烷氧化反应速度、转化率和选择性的影响以及稳定剂用量对环己基过氧化氢的稳定作用。结果表明:碳酸钠能很好的稳定环己基过氧化氢,提高了环己烷氧化反应的选择性,降低了反应速度。最佳的反应条件为反应温度160℃,反应压力1.0 MPa,碳酸钠加入量0.2 g,环己烷转化率在4%时,其选择性达92%以上。 The air oxidation experiment was performed in a 1 L high-pressure reactor at 158 - 164 ℃ using cyclohexane as raw material, air as oxygen resource and sodium carbonate as stabilizer. The effects of the reaction temperature and the stabilizer amount on the reaction speed, conversion and selectivity of cyclohexane oxidation and the stabilization of cyclohexyl hydroperoxide were investigated. The results showed that sodium carbonate can stabilize cyclohexyl hydroperoxide well and improve the selectivity of cyclohexane oxidation, but restrain the reaction speed. The optimal reaction conditions were as followed : reaction temperature 160 ℃, pressure 1.0 MPa,0. 2 g sodium carbonate. The selectivity was above 92% as the conversion rate of cyclohexane was 4%.
