全消光PA66纤维生产工艺探讨

摘要 采用加入质量分数1.70%消光剂二氧化钛(TiO_2)的聚己二酰己二胺(PA66)切片为原料,经高速纺丝、假捻变形,生产77 dtex/68 f全消光PA66 DTY,探讨了工艺参数对生产及纤维性能的影响。结果表明:控制切片含水量在1100~1300μg/g,纺丝温度为291~293℃,纺丝组件的初始压力约11.5 MPa,冷却风温度19~21℃,冷却风速度0.55~0.65 m/s,PA66 POY含油率0.6%~0.7%;后加工速度600~650 m/min,拉伸倍数1.24~1.26,热箱温度210~215℃,生产的PA66 DTY质量可满足后加工的要求。 A full-dull polyhexamethylene adipamide (PA66) of 77 dtex/68 f was prepared from PA66 chip with 1.70% titani-um dioxide ( TiO2 ) delustrant by mass fraction by high-speed spinning and false-twist texturing processes. The effects of process parameters on the production and fiber properties were discussed. The results showed that the full-dull PA66 DTY can be produced with the quality satisfying the afterprocessing requirement when the process parameters were as followed: moisture content of chips 1.100 - 1 300 μg/g, spinning temperature 291 - 293 ℃, initial pressure of spinning pack about 11.5 PMa, quenching temperature 19 - 21 ℃ and speed 0.55 - 0.65 m/s, oil content of PA66 POY 0.6% - 0.7%, afterprocessing speed 600 - 650 m/min, draw ratio 1.24- 1.26, heat box temperature 210-215 ℃.
