55 dtex/144 f阻燃涤纶DTY的生产工艺

Production process of 55 dtex/144 f flame retardant PET DTY

采用磷含量为5 500μg/g的75 dtex/144 f阻燃涤纶POY为原料,在ATF-12型加弹机上生产55 dtex/144 f阻燃涤纶DTY,探讨了其假捻变形工艺。结果表明:选择加工速度400～600 m/min,拉伸掊数1.60～1.72,D/Y值1.70～1.75,热箱温度135～175℃,第二、三超喂率分别为2.5%,3.0%,生产正常,产品满卷率达86%以上,织物极限氧指数达32%,其他物理指标接近同规格的普通涤纶DTY。

A flame retardant PET DTY of 55 dtex/144 f was produced using 75 dtex/144 f flame retardant PET POY containing 5 500 μg/g phosphorus as raw material on an ATF-12 texturing machine. The false-twist texturing process was discussed. The results showed that the production situation was normal with the full-package rate above 86% and the fabric thereof had the limiting oxygen index of 32% and the other physical index approaching to those of traditional PET DTY of the same specification as the process conditions were as followed ： processing speed 400 - 600 m/min, draw ratio 1.60 - 1.72, D/Y ratio 1.70 - 1.75, heat box temperature 135 - 175 ℃, the second and third overfeed ratio of 2.5% and 3.0%. resoectivelv.
