摘要
采用ChemCAD软件对芳纶Ⅲ溶剂回收中二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)与水体系的精馏过程进行过程模拟,确定了合适的操作条件。结果表明:模拟过程中选用间歇精馏模型分三步操作,采用NRTL模型计算物系热力学性质,分别应用1:1,3:1,0.5:1的变回流比操作模拟计算,得到DMAc的纯度为99.998 3%,回收率为38.94%,精馏周期约23 h,仿真模拟结果与实验结果近似。
The rectification process of the mixture system of dimethylacetamide(DMAc) and water was simulated for the solvent recovery of aromid fiber Ⅲwith ChemCAD software. The appropriate operation conditions were decided. The results showed that the batch rectification model was chosen for simulation and operated by three steps. The purity of DMAc was 99. 998 3%, the solvent recovery rate 38.94% and the rectification period about 23 h when the NRTL model was used to calculate the thermodynamic properties of the material system and the variable reflux ratio was decided as 1 : 1, 3 : 1 and 0.5 : 1 in the calculation. The simulation results were similar with the experimental results.
