摘要
静电易吸附灰尘,造成集成电路和半导体元件的污染而破坏产品的成品率。设计出了主要针对工业生产流水线的作业环境的静电消除器。通过人机工程学的一些数据分析,设计中还重点对两个支撑套方案进行了优缺点分析,在这个基础上根据力学计算对设计出来的支撑臂进行冲击载荷和支撑臂强度,切应力强度,弯曲应力强度,冲击韧性的计算,并根据实际情况分别对地线,支撑套和手环包括对所选加工材料,外观的打磨,色彩的搭配上都进行了创新性的设计,最后对工作条件校核后选择合适的部件。
Due to the electrostatic adsorption,the adsorbed dust causes integrated circuits and semiconductor elements damage,so this paper aims at to discuss the importance of developing a high quality advanced electrostatic eliminator.Based on the higher and higher demand of people in modern society for working conditions,the paper expounds the significance of human body engineering in industrial product design.As viewed from working space,it makes the man-machine analysis and provides its technical parameters for product design.The reasonable application of color,materials and shape is helpful to improve the quality of products and to win the market.In summary,the study schema should be important and valuable to ensure the safety of the production.This paper also introduces the current situation on the research and production of such materials in our country and puts its focus on discussing how to realize the designing ideas,including functions of electrostatic prevention.
