在建立IE数据库的基础上进行产能分析,并结合需求预测对生产能力进行评估。然后分析目前存在的问题,指出提升产能的方案,最后以实施线平衡改善的成果进行收益对比。引进发现问题的方法,从而体现工业工程以较少的投入获取较大收益的生产改善能力。

This paper builds IE database according to the researching on the actual situation of the company X,and then analyzes the capacity,combing with the demand forecasting to evaluate the production capacity;Secondly,it analyzes current problems and puts forward the project that can promote the production capacity;Finally,it compares the income with the results in implementation of improving the line balancing and mainly introduces the methods of discovering the problems,in which the capacity of production can be embodied and a larger income can be obtained with less input.
