摘要
虚拟装配是先进制造技术的研究内容之一。在分析Pro/Engineer装配体表达模型的基础上,通过二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit开发一个Pro/E平台下的装配信息提取接口,并通过OD-BC技术将信息存储在Access数据表中,实现了虚拟装配系统中的各种装配信息的提取及载入。复杂电机壳体模具的装配仿真实例表明该开发接口能有效提取所需的各种装配信息,使虚拟装配操作更加真实、自然、精确。
Virtual assembly is one of key technologies in advanced manufacturing field.Based on the analysis of assembly representation model in Pro/Engineer,this paper develops an interface,that can use Pro/Toolkit exploitation package to extract information under Pro/E platform,to store the extracted information in Access database by ODBC technology,and to realize the extracting and loading assembly information for VA system.The assembly simulation of complicated motor shell mould shows that the interface could nicely achieve the useful assembly information collection,which makes the interactive manipulation more true,natural and precise.
