摘要
通过基坑监测,分析了深基坑开挖、降水及回灌对基坑周边土体变形及邻近建筑物沉降的影响。监测结果表明,降水和回灌在基坑施工初期对周边土体变形起主导作用,中后期对土体变形有一定的影响;施工初期,降水对邻近建筑物沉降影响显著,回灌在整个施工过程中均能起到减缓沉降变化速率的作用;土方开挖在基坑施工中后期控制着周边土体变形和邻近建筑物的沉降;采用坑内加固土体的方法,可以减轻基坑施工对邻近建筑物的影响。
Trough monitoring of the foundation pit, the affect of digging, dewatering and recharge of the deep foundation pit to surrounding soil body deformation and neighboring buildings settlement is analyzed. Result shows that: dewatering and recharge play a leading role on the deformation of the surrounding soil body at the beginning, also have an effect on it in the middle and the end. At the beginning, dewatering have a strong effect on the neighboring buildings settlement, recharge can retard the settlement during the whole construction; earth excavation can control the deformation and the settlement in the middle and the end period; method of strengthening soil body in pit can release the effect on the neighboring buildings.
