Full Size Experiment Study on the Casting Technology of Pipe Colum Toss-up Self-Compacting Concrete

介绍了高抛免振捣自密实混凝土的工作机理,提出了配合比设计、和易性评价方法及相应的试验方法,并完全模拟现场施工状况对上述方法进行了高抛试验。试验室数据及现场模拟高抛试验的检测结果表明,所研制的整套高抛免振捣自密实混凝土施工技术是切实可行的。

Work principles of the toss-up non-vibrate self-compacting concrete is introduced, mix design, peaceability evaluation method and testing method are put forward, toss-up testing was carried wholly simulated construction site by the above methods. The data of the test and the result of the toss-up test shows that, the technology of the whole toss-up non-vibrate self-compacting concrete is practical.
