马铃薯外敷防治长春瑞滨所致兔耳缘静脉炎的病理观察

Pathohistological Observation of Vinorelbine-induced Phlebitis Treated by Potato External Application

目的从病理角度探讨马铃薯对长春瑞滨实验性静脉炎的防治作用。方法按随机数字表法将日本大耳白兔36只随机分为对照组、硫酸镁湿敷组和马铃薯外敷组,每侧耳缘静脉均微量泵输入长春瑞滨1.0mg/kg(20ml生理盐水稀释)。于输液后第1天、第3天、第7天,每组随机取4兔(8耳)进行耳缘静脉炎的组织切片和光镜下观察病理改变。结果(1)长春瑞滨输入兔耳静脉后第1天、第3天、第7天,马铃薯外敷组的静脉炎发生率较对照组低(P<0.05),硫酸镁湿敷组3个时点静脉炎发生率与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个时点3组间静脉炎严重程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在第1天、第3天、第7天,马铃薯外敷组的静脉炎严重程度最轻。(2)本研究白兔模型(即对照组)静脉炎主要病理表现为:血管周围水肿、炎症细胞浸润和血管周围出血,损伤以Ⅱ度为主。在输注长春瑞滨后第1天,3组间病理表现差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第3天,3组在血管周围水肿方面差异接近显著性水平(P=0.054),马铃薯外敷组改善程度最明显;第7天,3组在血管周围水肿、炎症细胞浸润差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中马铃薯外敷组在这2个指标的改善程度最明显,硫酸镁湿敷组次之。结论马铃薯外敷对长春瑞滨所致的兔耳缘静脉急性炎症有一定的防治作用。

Objective To pathologically observe the preventive and treating effect of potato external application to vinorelbine-induced phlebitis.Methods A total of 36 Japanese large-eared rabbits were randomly and equally divided into three groups：control group,magnesium sulfate solution wet dressing group and potato slice external application group.Phlebitis models were prepared by intravenously infusion of vinorelbine into auricular vein of bilateral ears of a rabbit at a dosage of 1.0mg/kg（diluted with 20 ml normal saline）.On the first day,the third day and the seventh day after infusion of vinorelbine,the ear edges with phlebitis were sectioned and the pathologic changes were observed under light microscope.Results （1） Compared with the control group,phlebitis incidence was significantly decreased （P0.05） in potato external application group,and not statistically significant in magnesium sulfate solution wet dressing group （P0.05）.Phlebitis incidence decreased on the first day,the third day and the seventh day in potato external application group.（2） Microscopically,the main pathohistological changes of the phlebitis were perivascular edema,infiltration of inflammatory cells and perivascular hemorrhage at grade II in tissue damage.Compared with the control group,perivascular edema of potato external application group on the third day and the seventh day after the infusion of vinorelbine was most decreased,and infiltration of inflammatory cells on the seventh day was most decreased,while the magnesium sulfate solution wet dressing group next.Conclusion Potato external application is of preventive and treating effect on vinorelbine-induced acute inflammation in rabbit ear vein.
