爱力减痛分娩法对初产妇分娩的影响

Observation of Effect of Lamaze Method on Primipara's Laboring

目的观察爱力减痛分娩法对初产妇分娩的影响,探讨其临床应用价值。方法观察组200例初产妇妊娠28周开始,采用爱力减痛分娩法系统训练,对照组200例初产妇未进行爱力分娩法训练,只按常规一对一陪伴分娩。观察两组初产妇与助产士的配合情况,记录分娩方式、绘制产程图观察各产程的时间、称量法测量产后2h出血量。结果观察组的剖宫产率和产后2h出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第1产程、总产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论爱力减痛分娩法可以促使初产妇主动参与分娩过程,促进自然分娩,降低剖宫产率、缩短产程,减少产后出血量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Lamaze method on primiparas＇ laboring and its clinical application value.Methods 200 primiparas in the observation group were,offered systematic trainings in Lamaza laboring starting from the 28th week of pregnancy,and the 200 in the control group were not,but only offered the conventional one-to-one company in laboring.The two groups＇ cooperation with the midwives were observed,the ways of laboring recorded,the labor course graph charted,and the hemorrhaging 2 hours after the labor measured.Results The rate of cesarean section and haemorrhaging 2 hours after the labor of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （P0.05）.There were significant differences in the first stage of labor and the total labor course between the two groups （P0.01）.Conclusion Lamaze laboring can help primipara to actively participate in the delivery,promote natural childbirth,reduce the rate of cesarean section,shorten delivery process and reduce post-partum hemorrhage.
