根据参与教研室管理的亲身体会,首先分析了教研室工作在学院建设与发展中所起的作用和所处的地位,然后结合实际情况,提出了关于教研室的管理与改革建议。
According to years of personal experienees of managing the teaching and research section, in this article mainly analyzes the roles of the teaching and research section in the construction and development of a college or university,and then puts forward some suggestions about the management and rearm of the teaching and research sections in a college or university.
