微波针前列腺组织间消融的实验研究

摘要 为探讨微波针组织间加热消融前列腺组织及其安全性,应用针状微波天线在犬前列腺和人离体前列腺组织间进行加热实验,结果测得微波针针体部温度为95~105℃,前列腺组织间温度衰退为-8.4℃/mm。实验中,犬前列腺被膜和直肠处温度无明显增高。应用微波针加热治疗后,针周围0.5~1.0cm处组织发生热凝坏死,并逐步吸收形成空腔。实验结果表明,微波针组织间加热能安全有效地消融前列腺组织,是一种治疗前列腺增生的新的手术替代疗法。 In an attempt to explore the feasibility and safety of interstitial microwave needle ablation of prostate,microwave needle was used to heat canine prostate in vivo and human prostate in vitro. The results showed that it was 95-105℃ at the body of needle and the thermal gradient within prostate was - 8. 4℃ /mm. The temperature didn't changed at the canine prostatic capsule and rectum. After treatment,necrotic lesions were created around the needle antennas and were 0. 5 -1.0 cm in diameter and semi-ellipse in shape. A few days later,the necrotic tissue was absorbed and a central cavity formed. It was concluded that interstitial microwave needle ablation of prostate was a safe and effective method to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia.
