纳米SiO_x掺杂对LDPE聚合物微观结构的影响

摘要 以用双溶液共混的方法制备了相同浓度的纳米SiOx/LDPE和微米SiO2/LDPE聚合物复合材料.为了了解无机粒子的添加对LDPE微观结构的影响,对纯聚乙烯、纳米SiOx/LDPE和微米SiO2/LDPE复合材料进行了傅立叶红外光谱、X射线衍射和DMA动态机械谱测试.测试的结果表明:聚乙烯分子链没有改变微米SiO2的谱峰,但可使纳米SiOx的谱峰的波数变小、变宽.此外,纳米SiOx粒子的添加提高了复合材料的结晶度,并且由于纳米SiOx粒子和聚合物分子链之间氢键的作用,加强了分子间的作用力. A composite of low-density-polyethylene (LDPE) and nano-SiOx or micro-SiO2 are prepared in the method of double-solution mixture. In order to understand the influence of nano-SiO, particles on microstructure of LDPE, the pure LDPE, nano-SiOx/LDPE and micro-SiO2/LDPE composite are measured by FTIR, XRD and DMA. The results of test show that the molecular of LDPE do not change character apices of the miero-SiO2, but it changes that of nano-SiOx. It makes wave number of apices smaller, and the apices wider. In addition, the hydrogen bond is formed, and boosts the action between nano-SiOx particles and LDPE molecule, and improves the degree of crystallization of composite.
