摘要
"停车难"问题是困挠上海城市发展的不利因素。为了迎接世博会的召开,上海公安交警部门应当与其他相关职能部门一起,共同采取各种措施,充分挖掘停放资源,破解"停车难"问题。
At present,the parking problem has afflicted the development of Shanghai.In order to meet the World Expo,the traffic police division of Shanghai Public Security Bureau should cooperate with the functional departments and take all kinds of measures to solve the parking problem.
